I do not mean for this to be a racist question. I have been told by a car expert that the Chrysler 300 looks like a Bentley and is driven by the black gangsta crowd. Just a observation. Did Lee Iacoco do a promo with Snoop Dog? I wonder if thats where the design came from. Again just an observation and no offense.

WTF does it matter? I mean honestly. I know you dont mean for it to be a "racist" question, but with all the other sh*t in this world to wonder about, you're wondering why alot of African Americans drive Chrysler 300's.

I dont know what country or state you are from, but alot of the African Americans in my city who drive Chrysler 300's are not part of this so called "gangsta crowd". These are working class people who happen to like a stylish, American made car.

Thats like me wondering or "observing" that every Benz or BMW is driven by a Caucasian. Personally, I dont give a hoot. They liked it, they bought, so what?

Rear Wheel Drive a easy way to tell is by opening the hood if the transmission is sitting sideways then its a front wheel drive but those are all rear wheel drives there is nothing wrong with a rear wheel drive car i actually prefer them just be carefull on snow because all those nanny systems like (traction control and stability control) wont always save you

No, I haven't noticed that. But geez, some people get bent out of shape over a silly question! If the asker was trying to be racist, he/she definitely could have used another term other than "african-american". There's nothing wrong with asking for confirmation on a generic observation, nothing offensive was implied, at least that I noticed. But since I'm white, maybe I'm not sensitve to that....

Not to sound like an over-educated ***** or anything...but Is it my imagination or DO every Chrysler 300 IS driven by a African-American? You sound like an idiot. Check your grammar out.

it's a good bargain for a luxury car...fot 40 thousand....you get a car that looks as good as Bentley...I had friends with Plymouth Neons and Chrysler Cirruses as well as Dodge Intrepids...Blacks, whites, asians, latinos...alot of rappers endorsed the car just like cadillac escalade...it became hot ..once rappers talked about it..like Jay-Z with cristal and 2 way pagers...believe it or not, a black man designed the chrysler 300c , Magnum wagon, and Charger

I'm black, i own a Chrysler Pacific, in Cleveland Ohio AA tend to buy only American cars because maintenance on foreign cars is out of control. Most AA here know at least one if not more persons who work on american cars. plus if we didn't stimulate our american auto industry would you? probably not with majority of non AA i know more concerned with there cars resale then the current state of Ford, GM, Chrysler

Sorry, but this is offensive. I live up North and the only 300's I see are driven by medical health professionals. Lee Iacoco has not worked for Chrysler for maybe 20 years.

I owned an 05 300c with the euro grill and it was an awesum looking car.I'm caucasian and I live in an area with less than 1 % african american populatian and I can assure you the 300c sells well here.I wouldn't care if we had an african american population boom or if they all had more gold than me and all had 300c's more power to them.

NO! I am not African American and I drive a Chrysler 300m. I am well I guess it doesn't matter what I am, but I will tell you anyway, Puerto Rican, and yes it sounds very racist.
