In my divorce settlement, my Ex was to pay me a specified amount over the year following the final divorce date. It has been 18 months and I have not seen one dime. How do I claim this money?

You have to go to court and file a judgement against him so that you can garnish his wages/ taxes etc...

take him back to court for contempt and have them issue a wage garnishment order...retroactively so you get all that the court ordered.

You go talk to the judge that issued the order and they will put him in jail but you will probably never see any money.
