I have two main ones which are quite old. Beaches with Bet Midler and My Girl. Soppy, but I just imagine if I was that person who was left. Don't know if you have seen any of them, but you'd know what I mean if you have. Very sad, and realistic.

Forrest Gump - when he asks if his son is smart or like . . . and then he trails off with tears in his eyes because he's so acutely aware of his mental limitations even though all through the movie to that point, you don't think he has a clue about it.

Mississippi Burning... which is primarily about how blacks were treated in the south, and the horrible atrocities that were committed. I ball like a baby every time I watch that movie, mainly because human beings are so very ignorant, and still we have racisim today. It's based on fact, and it breaks my heart .
Then we have the lovey dovey notebook. Cause I'm a dork.
who doesn't love love and cry when two lovers die in one anothers arms at a ripe old age.

I think the saddest movie I have seen is actually a true story.
8 Seconds!
For those of you that haven't seen it, it is about Lane Frost, World Champion Bull Rider.
It is so horribly sad but and awesome movie, Luke Perry plays Lane Frost, If I didn't see it for myself I could have never imagined him playing that part but he was very good as Lane.
Even if you are not interested in Bull Riding, you Will love this movie!!!

Amelie (I cried with happiness)
Click (and I'll explain)
I just thought the message of 'life is short' really came through in this and taught alot to me, through a funny discourse.
And the movie that was the most disturbing and final for me was an Australian movie called 'Candy' with Heath Ledger and Abbie Cornish. It goes through the challenge these lovers have with a heroin addiction. The most heartbreaking scene I have ever witnessed in my life was when she gave birth to a still born child and Abbie and Heath just cradled it and cried. The movie reinforced in me never, ever to touch drugs.

Hi, The Champ, with Jon Voight, and Faye Dunnaway, my husband and i watched it and we both had to compose ourselves before we could even consider moving out of our living room. Steel Magnolias is another weepie, with Sally Fields and Julia Roberts. Another film i remember that made me cry was Madam X, it's a very old black and white film i broke my heart.
