Why are you asking this question in the Astronomy section of Yahoo! Answers? It is so far off topic that it makes you look really foolish.

because we like to feel good about ourselves. Basically, we like myspace because we wanna feel important. Example, messages, over-dramatic souped up pictures of ourselves, having as many friends as possible, surveys.. etc.
It's a very condecending website. But, whatever. I'm on there.

because its something that could be never ending.. you can start out on one person's page and end up like 20 others just to read about things.. and stuff that interests you.. and you can meet people there without the creepiness of internet dating sites

coz ... u hav a lot of friends over ther...
and u get to participate and meet a numbr of ppl , which is practically impossible.
