Red States probably have more gun owners and kids probably can find guns easier. Many Red Staters are big hunters who teach their kids how to kill......I mean hunt at early ages.
Although, I wouldn't say this is a Red State/Blue State issue. These are isolated issues of troubled kids. I will say this - If we had stricter gun laws these crimes could have been prevented but unfortunately the red necks don't want to give up their toys.

Why do stupid, idiotic, senseless questions seem to come from Blue States based on nothing but their ignorance? I can find several school shootings in California genius.
And by the way, Colorado is about as Liberal and Socialist as they come.

The "red state" myth is just that, a myth... Columbine is a suburb of the most liberal city in the west and Cleveland is definitely a blue city... he he just look up that freak Kucinich.

Because that's where the guns are.
Those states also tend to have the most religion (if prayer is being illegally held in schools in the US it's the ones in the states that have school shootings).

Bert T, in families where kids are taught to shoot guns, they are taught to respect them- please do not speak of things you clearly know nothing about.
For all, there are shootings in as many blue states as red- why do they seem to happen in cities rather than rural areas???

Ohio and Pennsylvania are now blue states. There's no patterns. Messed up kids can be found in both red and blue states.

Wrong, not to mention completely inappropriate. You're grasping and it is really pathetic. Why don't you ask the families of the victims this question? Jack*ss.
