Yep Phillip...

why would we conservatives be jealous of a buffoon who just received an award that puts him in the same category as the terror leader Arafat??

The science behind Gore's theories is as bogus as the Nobel Peace Prize is.

More like stunned that an American would be awarded a prize for shelling out the crap Gore does -- exploiting science for the sake of money gets awarded a nobel peace prize.

What a joke.

it's insane. They would argue Dick Cheney has done more to deserve a Nobel Peace Prize than Al Gore. Some are saying Reagan deserves one, others are saying the Nobel Peace Prize is an advancement of liberalism. Utterly ridiculous. there's no point in arguing with some people, they believe what they need to believe.

I'm no con, but this Nobel peace prize process has become such a joke of late... Gore definitely had the publicity, but he's just a politician who knows how to pull publicity.

This 'global warming' science is not hard science, and the solutions he propose such as 'carbon foot-prints' and 'carbon tax' is such socialist nonsense.

Personally I know I'm not jealous.

I'm proud of the fact an American won the peace prize for blowing hot air.

I wouldn't want that joke of an award.

It's a mockery of the Nobel Prize. He's in good company with Arafat and Carter.

The only ones that matter are the science ones anyway. You can't be PC about those without looking like a real fool.

I would be ashamed to win it now-a-days. It means you tote the party line the best. He still pollutes more than 100 average Americans. It should go hand in hand with the fattest hypocrite award.

Not jealous at all. :) I know that award is a joke. Who voted on it?? Not anyone that matters in THIS country.
