Family Guy- the interactions between Brian and Stewie are hilarious, Peter is dumb he could entertain an audience by himself, and the random flashes to other TV shows and movies makes the show unique
Also, I think Mayor Adam West and/or Jillian should have a spinoff

It used to be the Simpsons but I think Family guy has pushed the boundaries even farther , which is good .

Simpsons.
It's a tough choice between simpons, southpark, and futurama, but simpons just have too many classic moments.
Plus, they've given us words like "embiggen" and "meh".
