use the file format "html complete" when saving the web page. But some pages cannot be saved completely.

If all you want to do is copy the web page just click File and then Save As.

Accordinf to me as to copy to the complete page from a website you have to select each component from the webpage then right click from the mouse button and click copy and then paste it under microsoft word. I think that it is going to help you.
