Best complement I got from one of my good friends was;

From my 24 year old son, who aranged a night out as a mother son bonding night. We went to dinner then to a concert. When He dropped me off at home. He said... Mum thanks for your company tonight. I Love you......

This lady said "I just want you to know that you have a great smile." I was happy, but then she said, "That's why I want to offer you a unique business opportunity..."
She went on to describe a pyramid scheme, which totally blew the compliment. I mean did she equate happiness with stupidity? Oh, now I'm depressed...

No! I lie - a friend who is an artist was trying to show me something about water colour painting. I tried to copy a picture of a pine tree she had painted and her comment was:
"Well, that's not too bad - for a first try"!

Some one told another person who barely knows me that im the most beautiful person they have seen in there life and that person was a girl but wasnt lesbian or anything and i was like wow i feel special!

That I am a cute guy and do not look my age, from a young woman about half my age. Made me feel good because she seemed quite genuine.
