You just make a new account. It can't be done w/the same email.

Hi. Do you mean how do you change your Hotmail email address? The only way I believe to do that would be to create a new hotmail account at hotmail.com. Then, you can foward the new name to your contacts from your old Hotmail account if you choose. I hope that helps! :-)

I think you need to register a new account to do that.
