Interesting spin; yet not surprising. It wasn't "one British scientist"; it was a judge whose responsibility was to determine whether "An Inconvenient Truth" should be part of school curriculum. Which makes me cringe...but...anyway. He determined that there were several points in the film that are exaggerated/cannot be scientifically supported.
He ruled that the film can be part of curriculum, as long as other viewpoints are presented as well. You know...FAIR. Present all "sides" of the issue and teach/encourage the students to think objectively for themselves.

There are thousands upon thousands of scientist that disagree with the man made global warming theory. Gore and his Stalinist allies seek to silence them at all costs and with whatever tactics necessary but they are still out there and especially outside the PC US, they do speak out.

Do some research.
Is the Earth warming? Yes. You can't argue with a thermometer. Is it our fault? MAYBE. Can we do anything about it? MAYBE. Would Al Gore's desire cripple us economically? Definitely.

Anytime you hear about a scientific study... you want to research who funded the study....there's always a motive.
The same goes for this British chap. Who's putting the money behind him ?
For example.
Exxon Mobile funded studies to prove global warming isn't occurring. They've since stopped, due to public outcry..

it wasn't even a scientist.. it was a judge... and he never said Gore was wrong.. just that a couple of his conclusions weren't substantiated well enough (such as the polar bears drowning wasn't proven to be due to GW)... so all he said was that to be LEGAL, the school needed to show both sides of the argument.
The media spun the rest.
