Right now? eBay.

Or, if you are patient, you can try Jellyfish.com,
http://www.jellyfish.com/users/signup/welcome

They show up there every few days or so. The Premium usually sells for $285-$295.
The only shows that will typically sell them are the Gaming Show (12am-7am CST - Sun,Mon,Wed,Th,Fr) or the "Daily Smack" show (12pm CST - Mon-Fri)
You can see the full schedule here,
http://www.jellyfish.com/smacktv

A few tips...

It's a reverse auction site. The price drops until a person buys it. Then, they move on to the next item.
There is normally only one of each item unless it's the "Daily Smack" show. There's usually multiple quantities for that hour.
The items are sorta random and there's no way of knowing what will come up next.
All of the items are new. They don't sell refurbished products during the shows.

You can look up past history over here,
http://smackofshame.com/archives.html?Tmp_q=360+premium

As you can see, it's been a few days since the last one. If I had to guess, I'd say that there are pretty good odds that one will show up early Sunday morning.

If you need any help with the site, feel free to send me a PM on the site. My username is the same there.
Or, just ask some folks in the main chat. Most of them are pretty friendly.

Where evr you go they will be around the £250 mark for the premium 360.
Unless you buy a used one or one from ebay.
If I was you I'd get it from somewhere like Argos or Toys r us, so you can take it back with minimum fuss if you have any problems with it.

Well they would all be the same unless you buy from ebay, but then you're not sure of the quality, and when investing 500 bucks, its best not to go for the cheapest.

ebay will probably be your best bet unless you want to do a little work. You can get a free one at http://www.360Elite4free.com/index.php?ref=4215835 . I have gotten a free ps3 from one of their other sites.
