Yep... Candace is Jane's niece... not necessarily by blood, though, in the case that Jane's daughter's aunt's husband's daughter is not the aunt and husband's biological child... perhaps Candace and/or her sister are the husband's (Jane's daughter's uncle) from a previous relationship. In this case, it is possible that Jane and Candace are not biologically related at all... unless Jane's daughter's aunt's husband was having an affair with Jane herself... and then Jane is Candace's mother! Oh, the humanity!
