Is it possible for man (as an animal) to become human outside the society and therefore without culture?

Man is a human and an animal whether he is in a society or culture or not.

I guess the way to answer this is that if a person is raised outside of a society, then the will have only the norms that their parents teach them and that small subset of culture.

If they are raised totally wild, it is an adjustment to learn language and norms.
