I love Tulo. He's the kind of guy you love to have on your team as a leader & a teammate. But when you compare their stats
Tulo: 104 R, 24 HR, 99 RBI, .291 BA, .479 SLG
Braun: 91 R, 34 HR, 97 RBI, .324 BA, .634 SLG
& then consider that Braun achieved his numbers in 158 less at bats, 42 less games, you have to give the nod to him. He even had more triples (6 - 5) & SB (15 - 7) than Tulo.
Tulo is a great ROY in most years & very well may have the better career. But this year, Ryan Braun clearly deserves it.

It was a good year for rookies. Don't forget that Hunter Pence played really well for Houston when he came up and continued after he got off of the DL.
I'd have to say 1. Braun 2. Tulu and 3. Pence

I agree that Braun had slightly better offensive stats. Tulo, however, had the highest fielding percentage of any shortstop in baseball. In the most demanding defensive position, he was the best of everyone, not just the rookies. When you add in that perfomance to his offensive numbers, you gotta go Tulowitski.

I would go with Tulo.....
I think he is the all around better player. I think he is in a much tougher position defensively (short stop is such a key position and a very tough one to play) and offensively does what he has to do. I think Tulo has proven himself at short stop and makes the plays that are tough and is a key player. JMO

Unless they punish him for only showing up on May 25th, has to go to Braun

Slightly?? Medic you need a medic on your head..
His numbers blew Tulo's away.. to put up almost an RBI/game is insane,, nevermind the homers.. in many less games..
this isnt even a question
