Emeril's Delmonico at the Venetian. On the expensive side, but overall service, atmosphere and food are all awesome!!

Gallagher's Steakhouse inside NYNY is the absolute best. Be prepared to pay $80.00 a person but it is the best steak. They age it right there in a refrigerated glass room and you can pick your own steak. A real experience. You can walk by it and check it out. Look at the steaks aging in the window. Hard to resist. Enjoy.

I would recommend the Eiffel (sp) Tower in the Paris Hotel. It's sooo nice and romantic and overlooks the fountains at the Bellagio. It's a replica of the actual restaurant and Tower that's in Paris so it's very nice. You have to make reservations or you might have to wait a little while. Other people in my party had steak and said it was good, I had salmon which was the best I'd ever had. So food and ambiance are great!! Perfect date place... Have fun!!
