The thought of my remedy made me green the first time I heard it. I tried anyway and viola it is the mushy brain nauseous hangover wonder! Immediately eat two fillet-o-fish sandwiches.

Sounds funny but back in my day of all night partying I usually started with a strawberry milkshake and from there just stayed with bland food and naps inbetween...hope you get better soon sweetie! I feel your pain...well, not really because these are some kickass pills the doctor gave me...want one?

don't eat or drink anything for about 20 minutes after you vomit. then just do sips of water and ice chips, if you can keep that down then you can add a little more at a time. Really take it easy on your tummy!!!!

Soup/broth is always a good start......but personally I just deal with the hunger until I know it's safe to eat.

I usually eat plain potato chips, it always works for me. The grease in the chips coats my stomach.

Try some deep breathing to calm you down and meditate to learn to control of your mind. diet and stress are related. types of food can cause problems as well

crackers...... and my grandpa used to always make me crush ice up really small and add grape juice to make a slushy. I'd just sip on it......... drink a lot of water, though.
