Some men have wet dreams to the point they have an orgasm. Do females have the same type of dreams and wake up wanting some?

Hummmm.. can't say I have..... but there are times I wake up feeling some moisture in that thar lower region of mine...

I've been awakened by my wife, several times, after a dream she's had. Some of the best sex we've ever had and definitely worth losing sleep over!

Wet dreams relate to arousal. And both the genders are aroused when awake. So why not when asleep? Its but natural!
