Well there are many causes for sagging breasts...
Many women are borne with the different contour of the breasts and they seem to be sagging, while this is normal
The other cause is pregnancy. In pregnancy there is hormonal changes which lead to increase in the breast size and texture. It is basically for production of milk and by breast feeding the reflex generated leads again to the production of the harm-ones and engorgement with milk. This reflex is continuous and hence breast shape becomes somewhat drooping due to gravity and assume a pendulous shape.
This is a normal and natural phenomenon and should not be avoided.. i.e. breast feeding should not be avoided.
The variation in the size of the breasts in different women, has a variable effect..the bigger the breasts the more the drooping or sagging effect.
After pregnancy is over, regression occurs and again the results are variable.
Finally there may be large cysts or tumors but they are medical problems.

The breasts contour can be changed surgically and is known as reduction mammoplasty, but my advice to all my friends is..Simple things are simply best in their true form.

Breast sagging has nothing to do in it's entirety with age, it can happen at any time in your life. Young and/or old. Breasts have no muscles but rather ligaments and connective tissue that stretch over time and don't retract to what they were before. Your breasts sag possibly due to bad support bras, breast milk production (in some women, not all), you don't necessarily have to have had children for your breasts sag either, menopause, gravity, age (can happen at any age), large size, weight loss, nutrition/diet. It's inevitable, it will happen.

Well there are a couple factors. One, it could be hereditary, some women have firmer skin... two: support. If you have very supportive bras this has SOME to do with the sag. Three: size... the bigger they are the more gravity plays a role on how much they sagg... hope I helped!!
