They are all units of monetary systems of those countries,& when was it in use from.

Yen- Japan
rupee- India
drachma- Greece (pre Euro)
Guilder- Netharlands (pre Euro)

I don't really understand your question.At one time,a Dollar could get you a Pound of Roubles(in term of buying power and exchange rate).
