I've never experienced zero-g because I've never been in space. but, we can also experience zero-g (just for a moment), by riding on drop-tower in an amusement park, or ride in a roller coaster (where it follows a path called parabola....correct me if I'm wrong)...or take a dive!....or ride in a plane called 'vomit comet' which is used by the astronaut candidates to experience the zero-g.

you cannot walk or stand though, because there is no gravity, which is the only thing to pull you down and attach to the surface, unless there's a foot strap attached...

If you're anywhere near St. Louis, meet me out at Spirit Airport (I'm a private pilot) and we'll go up for a few minutes. I'll show you zero gravity for a few seconds.

Also, the astronauts train in a specially modified jet that flies "parabolic arcs" to provide a near-zero g environment.

I don't know so much about the thin air but I have experienced no gravity quite a few times.

Here's a few examples:-

Colossus, Nemesis Inferno and Stealth roller coasters / Thorpe Park.

Of course they have. Everyone who goes ito space experiences weightlessness. You can't 'walk' though, because your feet don't have anything to generate traction on.

If you really want to know try bungie jumping. It is the cheapest way to feel the experience.

when astronauts are questioned about this, they say that it feels like they are falling. sounds fun to me!
