Yes, a vasectomy if where the vas deferens are cut apart and tied off so that sperm can't move past the testicle region. The sperm are reabsorbed by the body. This procedure corresponds to a woman having her fallopian tubes cut and tied so no egg reached the uterus. Neither procedure affects sexual desire or ability to reach orgasm. A man will still ejaculate at orgasm, but there will be no sperm cells in the seminal fluid.

hey, im no doctor but im pretty certain you can still orgasm. Besides, with a vascectamy the tube from the testicles to the area in which semen is produced is cut so semen production may continue as normal but have no sperm mixed in so an "active" (still ejaculating) orgasm may also be possible aswell.

Yes. Men who have had vasectomies can ejaculate normally and have orgasms. The only difference is that the semen they produce does not contain sperm and is therefore infertile.

The feeling and look is the same. You are firing blanks instead of live bullets.
It does not affect anything involved with sex except he is sterile.
