then why don't you hear of Conservatives complaining about Asian and Indian immigrants? Maybe because very few are here illegally and most learn English.

No, I don't think its a race issue. You don't hear about Asian and Indian immigrants because they don't enter the country illegally, drive cars, leave the scenes of accidents because they are illegal and don't buy insurance, drive up the costs of EVERYONES car insurance, take jobs for subpar pay, so real Americans cannot make a living wage, etc.
Have you noticed the plethora of "Instant Check Cashing" or "Title Loan" stores all over the country? These are stores which charge a fee to cash an illegal immigrant's payroll check. Illegal workers cannot get a checking account without proper ID and a Social Security number, so they go to these places, which don't require an SSN. Apartments in the Phoenix Metro area are ridiculously over priced, because of the ability of landlords to overcharge illegals for rent, because they pay in cash. Phoenix PD are CONSTANTLY raiding "Coyote Drop Houses", places where human smugglers warehouse illegals, sometimes for weeks.
Asian and Indian immigrants come to this country legally, with student and work visas to go to school ro to train in some field then take it back to their OWN country. While some do stay in the US, most return to their own countries after their training or visas expire.

It is not just Conservatives. It is most Americans that have issues with illegal aliens.
Americans do not want people coming here illegally and being a burden on society by not paying taxes and driving down wages for Americans and legal immigrants.

I think everyone is some what racist but it really has nothing to do with illegal immigration on my part. I really don't mind the hard working people that pay their own way. I do mind the drug dealers, gang members and free loaders that expect more than our citizens get. You need a translator for this?

No. It's ok to hate someone of another race. Those are conservative values. Besides the illegal immigrants are the new slave labor in this country. The will help some of use that are already rich get richer. The good thing about them is we don't have to offer them benefits.

I'm a conservative Democrat, and I oppose *any* illegal immigrant -- and that talk of "racist" opposition is just blowing more smoke, as far as I'm concerned. It doesn't address the issue: ALL illegals are criminals, having broken our LAWS to enter our country, rather than gain entry LEGALLY.

Some liberals are against illegal immigration and most conservatives are.
Most conservatives are not against illegal immigration because they are racist but, because it is illegal and is ruining our economy.

I think most people who have a problem with illegal immigrants don't like the ILLEGAL part of it all. I know liberals and conservatives alike who have that as their biggest problem with it. I don't know anyone who is anti-immigration, though I do know they all want them here legally.

No- A law is a law and illegals are breaking them.
The fact is that Washington turns a blind eye to illegals from Mexico, but limits which ones from other country can come in and stay. They are otherwise deported.
So why is Mexico so special?

I don't want any illegals, but we happen to have a border with Mexico...you may have noticed it's that big line between our countries on a map.
