do you think when lucky lose the custody battle of jason and liz son jake and find out about jake perternity and what sam have done to liz and the boys at the park and about jake's kidnapping in court . do you think he have the chance of winning when all that comes oout in court room. dou think lucky is going feel like a fool for not listen to his family . do you think liz going to get pass by lucky calling her a unfit mother and threaten her that he's going to take jake away from her . yes or no I need a answer right away now.

I think Liz is just about ready to tell the truth. The only thing stopping her will be the killings of Leticia and whoever is next (that will be soon, I think). Jason is face to face with Johnny Zaccarra so that might scare Liz into silence. Epiphany told Liz the other day "You know how to put a stop to all this". I think that meant for Liz to 'fess up."

Okay understand something, LUCKY is Jake's Father!!!. General Hospital takes place in New York State, New York State Law is very very clear the man named on the Birth Certificate is the Father of the child. The highest court in the state has upheld this and stated that paternity test otherwise do not take away the right of the Father on the Birth Certificate and that NOTHING can dispute his claim
All this crap about Jason being the father is just that. Father hood in New York state at least is a matter of the Birth Certificate not genetics. Therefore Jason can never legally gain his son. Now since he is a mob hit man I suspect that he may try to kill Lucky is need be (Jason is a killer, that is what he does for a living Killing lucky would be in character) but in court Lucky will always be the father
Considering that Liz has a habit of getting knocked up by mobsters (Zander and Jason) and that Lucky can prove his drug problem is under control I would think any court in their right mind would give custody of Jake to his LEGAL Father Lucky

Lucky is about to look like an @ss in the court room, at the same time the truth is fixing to come out about Jake not being Lucky's son.
Nobody is going to win in this situation at all, I feel Liz will get called out and she will go to jail for lying about Jake NOT being Lucky's son. (hope that doesn't happen)
Once all of this is out in the open, I do not see a reconciliation between Liz and Lucky for a long, long time.

Well, he can't win custody of either kid, as he is neither's father. He obviously isn't Jake's father, and that will come out in court, and he never legally adopted Cameron. Liz would never be ruled as unfit - she's never been charged with anything, never committed a crime they know about, etc. She CAN get into trouble for perjury, but that's all.
I can say for sure that Lucky is going to lose his $h1t.

i think the sam fake hit incident in the park has died and won't affect anything.(at least i hope). liz is no saint and she can be put in jail for lying on the stand during the trial. and when everything else she has done is added to the mix alexis can make her look like an unfit mom. the only thing liz has against lucky is that is a recovered drug addict. if he doesn't come out smelling like a rose i will be seriously upset.

I hope Luke steps up and acts like a father to Lucky when everything comes out. I know that Liz is going to jail for about 2 weeks (she is going on vacation) I think Liz and Jason will end up back together. I hope Lucky through Sam to the curb when he finds out what she has done.

No, I do not think Elizabeth will get custody of Jake, once everyone finds out that Jason is the father. They may give Jake to Lucky because he's been raising him all along. I don't think Jason would get custody because of his mob ties.

I think that Lucky now knows of Jake's parternity and should just let Jake go. Besides, Lucky is neither the biological father to Jake or Liz's other son.anyway, so he'd loose the battle. Besides, Liz was married to Ric before she married Lucky.

I think in order to put an end to the fight for custody of little Jake, Liz will have to fess up about Jason being his father.
Lucky will then have no claim to either of Liz's children.

i dont know..they both have soo much stuff on each other...but i think lucky has a bad chance of getting custody because he was a drug user..i think liz will admit to lucky that jake is jason's baby
