As I was on the phone with a representative at my bank?

They were getting robbed and my bank lady was sooo nice and calm. Can you believe she stayed on the phone with me instead of hanging up? Do you think she stayed on the phone because she was scared or because it's just policy to treat the customer good?

Bank tellers are trained to on with business as usuall when being robbed unless told otherwise by the robber. You are trained that you stay calm and obey...by hanging up with you she may have drawn the robber's attention to you in a negative manner.
