You know, like Barry Bonds' and Mark McGuire's name in the Baseball record book because of the steroid use. Gore's movie has so many inaccuracies that it has to start with a disclaimer when it's shown to students in Great Britain. I read that there's at least 11 proven lies in the movie so, will Fat Albert's name have that asterisk next to it, indicating that there's a problem? I also have to wnder if he's going to fly his carbon-belching private jet to Stockholm to pick up his "prize".

Yes, there will be an asterisk. And if we're lucky, it will be right over his fat head! Seems every news outlet is printing the same photo of Al doing his best Martin Luther King Jr. imitation of "hand on the chin, deep in thought" look. You'd think that the man that invented the Internet could at least come up with an original pose!!!

It doesn't matter about his movie or books or anything else, the panel for the Nobel Peace Prize has used politics to give the award more often than anyone who actually works for world peace.
If everything that Gore has said about global climate change is true it has nothing to do with world peace.
Look at the past winners and decide if they should change the name of the award.

An unsubstantiated conclusion drawn on insufficient data, but given wide coverage to let people know that "a problem" of "some sort" exists. If this is all that's required now to win a Nobel Peace Prize, then Chicken Little should go to court and sue for back interest. Also, sign me up, I'll point out a whole lot of problems that I can't really determine a cause/effect relationship for, and have no remedy to, but I can sure point out that problems exist.

Just another example that the Noble Prize is a Liberal award as in it doesn't have to be true it just has to agree with what they want to be true when They gave JIMMY CARTIER a Noble and ignored everything that Ronald Regan did I knew it was a bogus award and to prove my theory Al Gore gets it for a Movie that has been proven to be biased BS I rest my case

Surely they wouldn't treat the inventor of the Internet like that.
He's a real heavyweight in the scientific community.
The real debate is not whether global warming is real, it's whether man has a great enough impact on the environment to cause it or to stop it.
It might be like asking whether the cockroaches should stop global warming.
