People do waxing to remove unwanted body hair.

Well I personally go get waxed.. But i get European wax which is SOOOO much better than strip wax. This doesn't hurt at much as strip wax..
I recommend it to everyone.
But It all depends on were you live you just have to find the place that does it.
But if you just want to wax yourself at home like eyebrows and arm or legs..
My suggestion would be NADS waxing.. and just buy extra cloth.

If you mean waxing legs, eyebrows, bikini area--it's because it generally lasts longer than shaving or plucking. The waxing method usually is more able to rip the whole entire hair and root out, which is why it does last longer. Shaving only cuts the hair.

Well, probably because they don't want hair where they're waxing...
I get my eyebrows waxed, .. but that's just 'cuz I don't wanna sit there for hours plucking them.

Great question! I used to do this and it was painful and not any better than shaving. The hair came out the same way as it is when I am shaving.

it lasts longer and gives a smoother softer finish also unlike threading or tweezing or anything like that it removes the hair in one go so its one blast of pain rather than lots and lots of little ones

cuz if we didn't we'd all look like monkeys.and smell like arm pitts.it might hurt like hell but in the end it's worth it.
