What were the promises made by the Bolshevik party and what were their policies?

The promises made by the Bolshevik party were that all land should be own by the peasants, that all the means of production should be owned by the factory workers, that all the officers in the army and navy should have to take their orders from committees of soldiers and sailors.
Their main foreign policy was an immediate end to the war with Germany.
Economic policy included the closing down of all private banks and control of wages to create greater equality.
