Rwanda was with out a doubt a huge mistake not only for America but for the entire Internation Community. Hillary and Former President Clinton were and are not responsible for what happen any more than the Republicans in Congress at the time.
People, I am a Republican and will never vote for Hillary, however blaming the Clintons for seating down and doing nothing about Rwanda is just plain Unintelligent.

UNDER THE CLINTONS ALL INTERNATIONAL PROBLEMS WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE UN. SO AS MUCH AS I DISLIKE THESE TWO IT'S NOT TOTALLY THEIR FAILURE. IT IS A FAILURE TO TURN OVER DECISION MAKING TO A GROUP OF THUGS.
