Listen, pregnancies differ one for another. Some girls gain lot of weight and others maintain their physic up to the last trimester. Your are the latter so lucky you.

In your next appt with the doc, just ask about a good diet and what type of exercice is best 4 u.

No worries sweetheart, u are going 2 b ok.

Anything you eat the baby get half of or all of it the baby will get first dibs on the nutrients so even if you dont gain it doesn't mean the baby isn't healthy it just means that you haven't gained much yet some people dont gain a lot until right near the end then their tummy just goes out and out. If there was a problem with your weight they would tell you dont worry so much enjoy this blessing! You'll be fine if you are worried that much see your gp and speak to him or her, good luck!

the doctor or midwife measures the size of your baby each ante natal visit by feeling how high your fundus is,this gets higher and higher each week, this shows the baby is growing ok so stop worrying, you can feel it yourself by just gently pressing your tummy below your tummy button,it will get higher and higher each week
