Have you noticed that when the Truth begins to surface and when its not what one had imagined all along, how one tries to fight it by repeating oneself...um...repeatedly?

Snaffles dear, not everything is anti vs. pro... This is a general question which can be applied to anything that you wish. Now that you mention it tho', yes, as it is becoming increasingly clear that the McCanns did not murder their Madeleine, i do find many posts repeatedly claiming otherwise. : )

The people who believe the tabloids and Internet gossip do not think for themselves. They do not realize that being a suspect means that the cops have not yet ruled them out. In every missing child case the parents will be investigated to rule them out. In this case (the McCanns) the Portuguese system is very different to our own and they cannot ask them questions without making them suspects. There is no actual evidence although gossip and "leaks" are taken as gospel by some people unable to think for themselves.
It is a sad reflection of todays society.

Man by nature are denial and pretencious, as long as he can keeps everything, much better. There's a saying " the truth shall always prevail," if Gods finds a way we can not hide anything cause He's the one who finds a way, but when this truth prevail us oh! what a nice feeling.
Basically, it is our Ego and Super Ego that holds to our mind and body - The Pride, that hides the reality of truth.

Could you let us know what you're referring to or is this a pro/anti McCann question?
Truth is quite subjective - some people would claim God to be the truth and repetitively claim so and and non believers the opposite but there is no absolute proof that either group is right.
People have personal truths that conflict totally with others personal truths.
But in relation to the McCann's - for which I offer apologies because your question obviously wasn't aimed at this subject, could you provide a link that shows that they are no longer suspects, I've only read the opposite today.
