can we use absolute ethanol replace the use of 50% ethanol by jz diluting it to 50% ? will the result same as we use 50% ethanol? how much of WATER should be added to absolute ethanol to make 50% of 500ml ethanol?

The attached MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) refers to absolute ethanol as 100% ethanol.

So if you are looking for a lower concentration then
dilution is your solution

500Ml @ 50% concentration mean that half of this volume is pure 100% (Absolute) ethanol the rest(50% 2nd half) is water.
