I take calcium, maganesium, hair/nails/skin vitamin, iron, and fish oil vitamin. How am i supposed to feel and how to i know they are working?

Clint E is incorrect. Vitamin B2 turns a person's urine dark yellow. Dark urine has nothing to do with taking TOO many vitamins.

I can tell my vitamins are working by how I feel and how my skin looks. I feel better and my skin looks better. With Calcium and magnesium you may not be able to feel anything. Some vitamin pills don't have enough of the vitamins in them to be able to tell if they are helping. I buy the better brands of vitamins like Nature's Way, Twin Lab, Jarrow.

The body only uses what it really needs if some nutrient is a lot for u it will be excretted by you own body. if your body needs vitamins and you are taking them like pills or any presentation you will see it on your skin nails and hair the will look shynier and healthier as well as you will feel better

you will see results after a while it takes time botanicchoice.com has some pretty good vitamins for just about everything but take it easy on the iron from what i heard to much is not good
