A little above average actually. My own biceps are around 19" and I'm 6 foot in height.. You are also 5-8 (kinda small for an athlete) and are a bit stocky. You spend a lot of time in the gym, but don't get out much? Sounds like you enjoy measuring parts of your body and standing in front of the mirror. Just curious...How many consecutive back-flips can you do?

you're in pretty good physical shape but you're really stocky. i'm guessing you're pretty built but have quite a bit of body fat
