I don't know but it makes me sick. Illegals are criminals, and they should be treated as such.

Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act "EMTALA" The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) is a U.S. Act of Congress passed in 1986 and signed into law by President Ronald Reagan as part of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). It requires hospitals and ambulance services to provide care to anyone needing emergency healthcare treatment regardless of citizenship, legal status or ability to pay. There are no reimbursement provisions. As a result of the act, patients needing emergency treatment can be discharged only under their own informed consent or when their condition requires transfer to a hospital better equipped to administer the treatment.

Since illegals are not eligible for the benefits they are breaking the law and lying to get the benefits, whether or not they own a expensive car. If you know for sure they are illegal you should tell the authorities not us. We can't do anything about it but you can.

Maybe they are not Illegal? Maybe they worked hard for the 2008 Cadillac Escalade or one of our happy credit card companies sent them a few cards and a line of credit?
If you know what they drive and that they are here illegally, why are you asking here? Why not ask them instead?

Seems to me that you may know who these people are, with that in mind you should report them to INS. They may have stolen and or bought someone else`s Social Security #. Also it is my understanding that families like this pool their $$$. They may not have any other expensive possessions, but they sure are driving a much better vehicle than my husband or me!!!!

How: they just apply ...they look at your car (as long as you have 1) but inTexas they cant touch your car or house
