They don't really say it like that! They sugar coat it a little, like "I dont mean to hurt you... I really do love you and care for you deeply!" Lies!

I agree with Dianne G, here.
Christ, your statement reminds me of this character in the TV series, 'Battlestar Galactica'. Her name's Kara Thrace and she's an excellent, (if not, foolhardy) hot-shot pilot of the fleet.
Her abusive (bilogical) mother used to place her small, four fingers between the door and the doorway, and then slam the door shut, while little Kara would scream from the pain. She was just a child! Her mother did it to both her hands, Not just once, but (if memory serves me) several times, till all the fine bones in her fingers were broken or fractured badly.
But the mother claims to have done this for her own good, which is something that I just can't wrap my head around.
At the end of Season 3, after a meltdown, Kara takes her own life, claiming that because of what her mother had done to her as she grew up, she now has no fear of Death.
How sick is that?
DO NOT let anyone take advantage of you, even though they are your parents/spouse/friend. They haven't the right to do such awful, painful and sick things to you. And you reserve the right to decide what's best for your own self.
Futhermore, what they do to you, CANNOT serve any good, never for you, at least. Only they themselves get a twisted and demented kick out of it. People like that leave my stomach in knots.
But that's just me.

You need to find a way to avoid the people that are shoving these negatives at you!! I will never understand, ever, how anyone could do these kinds of things to another person!! I can only think that they have no conscious and no heart!! Don't allow people to continue doing these things to you!! Take a stand for what you will and will not allow to be a part of your life!!

Or they say, this will hurt me more than it hurts you? Listen to Just Tink!!!!! No matter your age, there are agencies that can help! But you must speak up! You are worth it! Email me your general area and I will research help and send it to you.
This black pain can be lifted, light can be let in and it is miraculous when you finally see beyond the negatives that are bombarding you! Don't wait.

May I be blunt?
1) Get the hell away from that person whatever it takes.
2) Get some therapy. It takes two to create a situation and you are one of them.
3) There are services & agencies available whatever your age or circumstances. Please little one.
