We were talking about it on Saturday night and I was the only person who had never come across a sleeping bod in the street and had to wake them up to check they were ok!

A couple of times. Not the actual street but the ditch. (When I was an EMT) Someone called 911 to report a man by laying by the road. Second time a parking lot. Both times they were just sleeping off a fun night of wine women and song.

Not in a street, but in a parking lot. I actually didn't wake the person up. I thought he was dead and called 911. He was laying on the ground outside of an open car door at night, and the parking lot was poorly lit.

i have seen what looks like someone sleeping in the street but i just left them, you never know how they will react if you wake them, for all i know they could a been off their head on drugs these days, so i took a wide berth around them, after all i am a girl as this was what looked like a ruff looking guy.

Yes. About 25 years ago my ex, a friend of ours and I were going home from a club. We were about 20 miles from home and there was a guy laying in the middle of the road. We almost hit him. My ex got out and checked to see if he was ok and we went and called the sheriff's dept. The guy was drunk and riding his bicycle home from a bar and said he thought he was in his bed.

Not in the street but in a pub once she had gone to sleep on the loo and her boyfriend asked me to go and check cos she had been ages

yes quite a few years ago, i went to pick my daughter up from a pub as we went to the car i noticed a young girl in a shop door way she only looked about 15 and she was spark out well i couldn't leave her there so went to check ..she had too much to drink and couldn't get no sense out of her eventually i got her address from her and drove her home banged on the door and woke the people up who had no idea who she was..i ended up taking her to the police station for them to take care of .......

No I havent..but I have seen them...and once a guy fell off a public bench he was sleeping on..and some guys went and helped him...

yes once about 3yrs ago the bloke next door had been on a night out and had fallen asleep on my door step instead of his own took me 20Min's to wake him up he was dead embarrassed thou not as much as his wife was when i assisted him to walk round to his own door as he was still a tad tipsy

I often see people but am scared to wake them up in case they are violent or in case they are just drunk.
