you know, i've been getting a lot "just get over it" for the pass few months. they don't realize what exactly is wrong or how deep i'm in this hole. it does feel like no one is going to set me free from this nightmare with the exception of myself. i know that i need to set aside my fear of having people look down at me and come forward with all my secrets. i'm just wondering at what point that will happen.

I have felt that way many times in the past!! I learned long ago that the only one that you can truly trust and believe in to save you is yourself!! I decide what I want or need and set my sights on it and take little steps at a time to work towards it!! I'm working on being able to get back into my own place again so that I can truly live the way I want to without worrying that I'm in someones way or being a bother to them!!
