I get it and believe it (to an extent) I mean, EVERYTHING would have to stop moving, the entire universe.
every atom, electron, neutron, quark, string (if the exist) proton, light, gravity. e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g

then there would be no point,......
or time
right?

I wonder..................... does that happen in the core of a blackhole where mass is compacted to the point where everything inside the core would stop, except ?gravity?, ripping inward through dimensions

as far as time as a human creation, I think our body and minds are forced to be a part of time due to an inability to find or even see these other types of dimensions of time

well, yeah... But like Mercury2 said, everything would have to completely stop moving. Even the atoms would have to stop. Which would mean the temperature of the entire universe would be absolute zero. And the interactions between subatomic particles, which are mediated by quantum particles, would also have to stop. Which would cause the universe to fall apart. Of course if everything were stopped then it couldn't fall apart but you get my point.

Yeah time is defined by change... if there is no change, there is no time.

yes i do get your point. but it is about definitions, isn't it? so time would be meaningless to us if all our senses stopped - we would have no way to measure it.
but another school of thought says that measured time is entirely a human, or at least animal, concept (some evidence shows a very few animals have a small knowledge of the passage of time). so without us, or if everyone stops, then in effect time stops. is that clear?

You are correct, without movement there can be no events and time is defined as an interval between events, no movement, no events, no time.
