I don't think so, they haven't yet, and I think they'll crush the cowgirls on Sunday. Then they'll destroy the dolts 3 weeks later, and their toughest game will be against the Giants, week 16, when the Pats are going for the record. I think that will be a great game, because the Giants will be playing their last game of the year and the Pats will have home field advantate sewed up and not have any reason to want to win the game, except to get the record for an undefeated season. I think the Pats lead in that game at the half (like they do all their games), and pull the starters. Then, in the fourth quarter, they send the starters back in, and they score a touchdown on one play. Bring me back to earth, I'm having visions.

The Patriots will have a very tough game this Sunday on the road against Dallas. They will only will by 10. The Romo-Owens team will connect a couple of times, but Brady's choices of Watson, Stallworth, Welker as well as Moss will prove too much. Who to double team? Final score 31-21, Patriots.

yes, they will. the real question really should be will they be on the winning side of all those games. as far as the undefeated season title, the '72 dolphins won ALL their games that year. 14 in regular season and 3 in the post season. all the patriots can do is tie that mark since the '72 dolphins finished the season with a 1000% winning record. it would be best to wait until the end part of the season to worry about this. there have been a few teams that looked like they would go the distance, only to stumble along the way. the '85 bears comes to mind. they were a more dominating defensive team that mauled every team they played that year except for the dolphins, their only loss. the pats do look tough, but they still have to get by manning in indy.

The 1st half of the year they were just unstoppable. No one could touch 'em. Then in the 2nd half teams started slowly figuring them out more. Everyone gave the Pats their best efforts. A few close games against the Colts, Eagles & Ravens and the Giants played them close in the final game. In the playoffs, both games went down to the wire as well. I think the Giants learned from all the other teams that gave the Pats a decent match. And they came into the SuperBowl with confidence knowing they played 'em close once already. Even then it took an amazing 2 minute drill from the Giants to steal the win.

Go ahead, look past the Steelers.

I guess, being a bandwagon fan, you forget or probably don't even know the team that ended the Patriots 21 game winning streak in 2004. The answer is above.

The Pats also have the Redskins, Ravens, and Colts to deal with.

It's only 5 weeks into the season, alot can happen.

You're absolutely right. Obviously, the Indianapolis Colts are no better than the Buffalo Bills or Cleveland Browns. Therefore, the Patriots will proabably rack up a solid 38 points on them while not giving up more than 21 to the inept offense run by Peyton Manning.

P.S. There's no bringing you back to Earth. You're clearly on a massive contact high from Randy Moss being in the Boston area.

I'm pretty sure the game Nov 4. will be MUCH closer than 17 points. Colts will win extend their winning streak to 4 games over the Pats.

No, they will probably lose a couple games by 17+, like in week 9 against the Colts.

I don't really believe this (Colts will win a close game), but it's an obnoxious answer to an obnoxious question.

Yes, it would be boring otherwise. As a fan, sometimes I want to watch exciting games and not leaving in the 3rd quarter.

They still have to play Pittsburgh, Indy, Dallas, Giants and Washington.

Ok girl, weed is still illegal so put it down. The patsies will lose a game long before week 16, and the giants being the toughest game left on their schedule is ridiculous. trust me by week 16 they will have lost 2 games. come down to earth my child. I love that you love your team, but lets not get crazy.

They're far more interested in getting another superbowl win than in getting a perfect season, so they will sit their stars and drop at least one later in the season.
It's a good move, priority is priority, and so the pats will become just the 4th team to reach 4 superbowl wins.....maybe they will even make 5 wins.
