This is exactly like translational acceleration except that you need to convert revolutions to radians. So:
(translation)
x = at^2/2; a = 2x/t^2
(rotation)
Θ = αt^2/2; α = 2Θ/t^2 (Θ in rad, α in rad/s^2)
