Love is a verb - requires action.
I believe that there is a first attraction (a possible emotional tug), and at that time hopefully your mind kicks in gear and you decide whether or not to pursue. I seriously believe that LOVE comes later as you get to know the person and see it they are a "fit" to what you are wanting in a true life long relationship. Then Love isn't something you fall in or out of, it's something that you work at and do.
