If it's in good working order, donate it to a school or a neighborhood kid. Or ask your nearest astronomy club - they can generally find someone who can make use of just about anything in the way of telescope equipment.

Are they still working? Or at least in one piece? Why not donate to your local school? There will be a lot of happy nerds who will take them in any shape and know what to do with them.
