You should just dress-up as a girl & wear whatever she wants you to wear, maybe she'll let you be a maid so you can match your heels, but she should make you her easy girlfriend & pass you around to all the boys.

1) Hair extensions. Not less than 18" and 12 oz of hair
2) Get your ears pierced. Two holes per ear. Hoop earrings.
3) Shave body, get eyebrows done, lip venom for your lips.
4) Makeover- do it right...you may need some teamwork here. Consider beard cover.
5) Falsies. Give me your email and I'll trade you a pair of nice ones (silicone, VERY realistic) for a picture of you all dolled up.
6) black leather mini, dark hose, stiletto heels. Don't forget the hip pads.
7) gold chain belt.
8) oversize sheer white lace blouse. Make sure that your bra is red and lacy.
That shoud do for your first night. For the rest of the year, you might want to invest in a daytime look. Then you can do boy drag next halloween. :)

Use reverse-psychology on your girlfriend. Wear your girlfriend's clothes, including her panties. Once you've got everything on, let her know how much you really enjoy wearing her clothes. Insist on wearing her clothes again on occasions other than Halloween. Let her unexpectedly catch you by surprise, fully dressed in her clothes. And continue to wear her panties all the time. She'll probably change her mind about forcing you to dress like a girl ever again.
