Have a neighbor with 2 deer statues in their yard and every year for the past umpteen years, sometime during the month of October, those cement deer are going to be standing in the middle of our street. I used to think it was teens doing the deed but since it has gone on so long, it's gotta be another neighbor, just don't know which one. It's dangerous driving down the street at night. They should at least put hunter orange on them to warn us.

Thats strange... We had a neighbor that had about 4 wooden deer (2D of coarse so they were flat) and every once in a while they would be moved around the yard... one day it would look like one was chewing on a tree, one day another would be moved to the edge of the property... but you know, I never saw anyone ever move them!
