Um..theres this weird lump thing on my left testis but it doesnt feel like a lump it feels more like a large pipe of somesort connected to the testis..it is above it and i was wondering wtf it was lol...i dont think it is serious or cancer because it does not hurt at all..unless i actually physically try to make it hurt...just wondering whats going on...

It is possibly a varicocele, which is a varicose vein of sorts affecting the veins of the testes, or a cyst. It is probably not a testicular tumor, since you aren't feeling it as part of either teste. To be safest, you really should go visit your doctor for a quick checkup, or a urologist if you prefer a specialist. Neither varicocele not cyst is a major threat to you, but you would want to keep an eye (so to speak) on it all the same. While you are there in the office, ask the doc to explain the self exam procedure so you will know what you need to do to stay healthy in the future.

It's probably just a blood vessel, BUT - if you have not noticed it before, it's not a bad idea to check with your doctor. Better to be safe than sorry when the family jewels are at stake, no?

Cancer is painless when it is starting. Severe pain when it is killing you - you then wish for death to relieve it.
The lump could be a "Hydrocele" but only a good doctor can tell.

Dude that is called an vas deferen and thats the tube that takes your sperm from point a to point b try not to play with it.

I'f it is right before the vas deferends (the long tube) then it okay. If you have an one percent doubt ..be brave and check it with your doctor.

You need to have a Prostate exam quick. Also, a PSA
test. You need to find out what it is ASAP!! Good luck and

Don't mess around, if you think something is wrong, than it probably is. Go in to a doctor & get it checked out.
