Spybot S&D from http://www.safer-networking.org should remove this spyware from your computer.

Hopefully you are using antivirus / firewall from a RELIABLE vendor (like mcafee, norton, etc) and have it properly configured for automatic updates and to scan for PuPs... most of these come with anti-spyware now too.
