How do you burnout in a car with an automatic transmission?

I've seen burnouts with high performance automatic transmissions, like mercedes benz e55 or sl55. how do they do that?

Left foot on the brake, right foot to the floor on the gas.
That's only good for rear wheel drive though.

Pull E-brake and floor the gas.
Front wheel drive.
