Is it odd that I want to live out of my car for two-three months? I just feel like it would be an adventure and I would save some good money. Like I have a friend thats going to film it so we can make a documentary. I feel like it would be fun and it will prove my willpower and inner strength. Why pay for an apartment when you can live freely, of course this is only temporary. What do you think about all this?

Don't worry about what other people think. If it's something that you want to experience and you think that you will grow from it in some way, then go for it.

The only way I could see this being a problem is if you have responsibilities that you're going to blow off to do this.

Otherwise, I think it sounds like a cool idea. I'd watch the documentary. If David Blaine can spend a month in a tiny glass box of water, then you can certainly do this.

But... how are you going to shower? Or ARE you going to shower? That's the only reason I don't think I'd do it.

I think it will be fun for you and your friend to concur the project. And if you have a gym pass you can use the gym to shower each day. I don't think it would be that hard to live out of your car unless you live where it gets really cold at night. Knowing that you are choosing to live out of your car is different than HAVING to live out of your car. The idea that it's your only option would have a very different impact on you emotionally.

Have fun and be safe!

Life is a series of adventures... so get to it!

Be safe though. Park the car in a place you KNOW to be safe, and keep your valuables somewhere else if possible.

And when you are in the car keep the doors locked and the keys in the ignition so that you can git if'n ya need ta git.

man..

i wish i could try something like that...

i'm sure you've already thought about the difficulties, yes?.. no ready access to bathroom etc..

if you want it, go for it..

if not an adventure, it'll at least be an experience that will show you what some of the homeless go through.. that's something worth learning about..

you do realize that while this would make a cool documentary, you would not have power, running water, the basic necessities. yeah you would save money but think this through before you jump into anything crazy
