My entire family cooks our steaks Medium Rare and we also order them Medium Rare when we go out to eat at restaurants. It makes it really easy both ways. :o)

Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo this is just too delicate a question for me to answer. I--uh--i........jus..just don't know how to..to..to..say say it.
I eat chicken and fish. I haven't had a steak in so long and it sounds so good but when I learned that it takes 435 gallons of water to produce each pound of beef I quit.
